Received the new issue of the Restorer on Wednesday. I enjoyed most of the articles and I'm glad to see a larger percentage of technical information. Although not a tech article I found the piece about the Dutch chapter and their trip to Le Mans great to read about.
Thanks Vinnie for this issue and for a return to a style of Restorer I've looked forword to and enjoyed for many years.

That article (Dutch Treat) was originally written for Chapter Newsletters (Rocky Mtn, UK, Dutch)...BUT.... A few NTL's receiving their courtesy copies of the various Chapter Newsletters cited it as being worthwhile to run for everyone in Driveline.

Vinnie contacted Rob Musquetier and myself and rolled up his sleeves to do the re-rewrite. My hat's off to his editorial work! It's hard to take something 'old', juggle the text, pick different supporting pictures and come out with a fresh new look....

I especially thought his subtle treatment of the article's first page (use of electronic map as a watermark underlying the text) was a NEAT touch! I too think Vinnie's doing a GREAT job as 'stand-in' editor (he reaches out and rolls up his sleeves)!!!!!!!!!!!!!
