A co worker here has a 1967 L78 Camaro, original engine long gone. Is there a Camaro club, like NCRS, where he can go to learn more? Also, did Camaro division keep records?

Nastyz28.com only deals with the 2nd-generation cars (1970-1981). Go to www.camaros.org (the Camaro Research Group site) and you'll find all the definitive 1st-generation Camaro restoration information. There's also a discussion forum.

www.camaros.net (Team Camaro) is also dedicated solely to the '67-'69 cars.

Those two Camaro site's that John Hinckley recommended are really good. You can also tell your friend to pick up a Camaro "White Book" by Michael Antonick. Tell him to get the latest edition 1967-2002. Just like the Corvette Black Book only for Camaro. Should help your friend a great deal in research.>George
