    Keith-----

In the strictest sense, I don't know that you'll be able to tell if the carb there now is the one it originally left St. Louis with. However, you may be able to tell if it's NOT the one it left St. Louis with.

The carb ID information is usually found on the carb upper air horn for a Holley carb. This is the part of the top of the carburetor that "rises up" from the surface where the air cleaner mounts.

For your car it should be a Holley list #3810, GM #3906631, broadcast code "DA" and an appropriate date code for your car's build date. The aforementioned applies if the car is a non K-19 (air injection reactor or "California" car). If it happens to have been originally K-19-equipped (i.e. engine suffix code HD or KH), then the carb would be a Holley list #3814, GM #3906635, broadcast code "DP".
