    Spiral Shocks

    I removed the front shocks from my '57. They are spiral shocks but have a
    different part number than the A.I.M. Near the top of the shocks is stamped

    538F-5C6/0XG/J2 (the J is underlined)

    Delco products

    Dayton Ohio USA

    D53 5519443
    The other shock is stamped the same except the date is C53. Would these be replacement parts?
