looking for my 62

While searching through some old papers last night, I came upon the last registration certificate for my first Corvette a 62, that was wrecked and sold back in 1970. I knew I had the paper but lost track of it a few years ago. The vin is 103322, the car was originally honduras maroon but I had it painted black before it was wrecked. If this car is on the road again I would love to contact it's current owner. I have tried the C1 registry but it's not there. I thought I found it 2 years ago at a show here in the Hudson Valley in NY, but the guy who owned the suspect car was not co-operative at all, and refused to allow me to contact him with the Vin number. That car was black but he stated it's original color was honduras maroon, and still showed the signs of the damage repair to the left front fender where my dirt bike fell through it. Anyone know the where abouts of this car?

Hope you find your 62. Remember my very first Corvette ride, it was in a new one owner 62 FI white red interior. The owner kept it in a garage all the time. I had to con my ride from the owner Warren Ashley who later got a job at a nearby Chevrolet dealership and sold his pristine new 62 to the dealership in 64 or 65.
