holes for the exhaust ground straps my frame has the holes but no evidence of them ever having a bolt as they have no threads i was told if it was a side pipe car there would be no holes at all .... the car has side pipes and an original no hole rear valence trying to confirm this is a real side pipe car...

(1) Original bill of sale and/or prior owner search/contacts...

Other than that, you're stuck with the 'forensic' method of vehicle configuration (look for existing telltale evidence that co-varied with each option in question).

Search the archives as there are a number of prior threads on mid-year side exhaust details....

Donald -- to add to Jack's suggestions, if you have the '65 Tech Info and Judging Guide, on page 153 there's 20 lines of text items to confirm N14.
