Clock-Doc Anyone Remember this Guy?

I am redoing my dash cluster and clock this winter and when I removed the clock there was a sticker on that stated "Restored by Clock-Doc, For Service Call (615) 877-0679". In addition, there are some hand-written numbers on the side of the sticker - "8 1083". Could just be a date for August 10, 1983, the last time the clock was worked on, or maybe a job number. If it is a job number, I got to thinking maybe he still has his records and could hook me up with the previous owner who sent the clock in. Anyway, does anyone recognize this guy? I think 615 is in Tennessee. Maybe I should just cold-call the number? Any ideas?

If that number is no longer working, try this one. Not sure if it is the same person though. There were/are several folks going by that moniker doing Corvette clocks.

It is Bill Russell, The Clock Doc, West Main Street, Monteagle, TN 37356, phone number 931-924-8890, The numbers were as I expected just a date indicating the clock was repaired August 10, 1983. He says he was in the clock and dash business for corvettes since the early seventies. Wasn't sure he could find any information for me, but said he would give it a "college try". Can't ask for more than that. Keeping my fingers crossed.
