I would say a raised circle around the perimeter of the head with a center headmarking of "C", "M", or "A". Also, the different length bolts (there are 3 different lengths used) may have different manufacturer's ID but all will have the raised circle perimeter configuration.

For '64, aren't there just two different length of head bolts for 327 engines?

Not as far as I know. I believe that all 1959+ small blocks use "short", "medium", and "long" bolts. Prior to 1959, I believe that only the "short" and "long" bolts were used. I think that early 1959 with cylinder heads 3748770 or 3755550 used just the two bolt lengths, too.
