!955 to 1957 four barrel Carb air Cleaners bottoms were painted GRAY, and original's were spot welded in three places as seen.(not using a brass snap as many repro's are) I have a few in the box NOS's.(this one is NOS)

WHAT YR. AIR CLEANER WAS ALL ONE PEICE AS APOSED TO A SEPERATE TOP AND BOTTOM?

All 55-56-57 are one piece ,is that what your asking? And also all four barrels of 58 to early-mid 60 .
Many repro's were two piece . When Ivan made the 55 to 57 in later productions he made a two piece because crimping the top to the bottom cracked the chrome . Also many repro's of these years used a brass button to hold the inner pieces to gather which was never done.
