'66 327 engine removal clearance question

Is it necessary to remove the p/b booster & master cylinder in preparation for engine removal? Trans (p/glide) will remain in the car. It looks kind of close; perhaps it will clear straight up without the LH exhaust manifold.

We pulled it on this 67:
however there does appear to be pleanty of room available if left on
We also left the trans in the car

      Jeff,

I was able to take the engine (327) out of my '68 with just the radiator, shroud, water pump & exhaust manifolds off.

I had to lift the engine up a little to get the exhaust manifolds off due to bolt clearance.

I left the P/B booster & master in the car.

I ended up taking them out & having them rebuilt along with the rest of the engine bay & front suspension "while I was there."

      Good luck,

      Anthony
