    Good day (yesterday)

Well... yesterday was a good day here in New England. I took the 61 for a drive, then the 70 and both did outstanding. Then the 08 Solstice... WOW! I still can't believe that friggin' car!!!
Today... I'm still a Patriots fan, just sick to my stomach...

Yes Art it is, and it's Jane's British Racing Green too!!! Unfortunately, the wife wanted automatic, but it still is a neck snapping ride!!!

We just traded in our Aggressive 06 for an Aggressive 08 GXP and it definitely will get your attention and snap your neck. My wife Janie, wanted the Envious color, but Aggressive was all that was available in the 5 SPD.

Seems we had this conversation last year... what is the Aggressive color, yellow? I like the look of the yellow. Drove both the automatic and the 5 speed at the Barrett jackson West Palm Beach last year and really beat the snot out of both; I wanted the 5 speed, but it's Gail's car so she got to pick... Are you guys driving the big bus to Carlisle again this year? (that was a fine meal Janie made )

                Re: Good day (yesterday)

I think we did, but I hadn't even driven a turbo until we got this one in Dec. Red, arrest me red!

If we go to Carlisle, yes, we will be driving the bus. We MAY put the 65 in the CC auction, if it doesn't sell by then. However, I have a guy very interested in it now.............so who knows. I'm VERY torn about selling it, but I can only have so many toys and I would like to get an 08 or 09, maybe even a ZR1???????

Yes, Janie does know how to make a "camping" meal............How do you think I got this figure!

Aggressive Red I'm thinking of velocity yellow!!! The day we took delivery I asked for all the seat wrappings and build sheets they were SUPPOSED to save for me and was not happy when they handed me a website printout, but it will have to do. I then proceeded to get the car up on my four post and took about 100 shots of paint marks and tags and such. I must be insane, but I want to hang onto this car and you never know!!! As for toys, I want a midyear coupe next and am selling the 70 coupe for som capitol... Look forward to seeing you down there (Carlisle)!!!

Are you coming to the Motor City Regional? I'll bet that your Corvette would look good going around the GM Milford Proving Grounds

Nah, I have limmited time off due to starting a major construction project at the local airport and am trying to save for that midyear coupe, so I have to choose carefully... Carlisle and a few in the New England and maybe NY area for now. When I grow up (and retire) that will change. C'mon POWERBALL!!!
