Same gauges as my early 62, low horsepower tach, temp gauge to 220, later 62's temp gauge went to 240. I think the gauges were the same from 59 thru early 62.

59 had no color on the gradations of the tach, so it's not 59. 60 had gradations that were primarily beige in color. 61 and 62 had identical coloring like the tach in the photo. 61 and erly 62 had 220 temp gauge. These are 61-62. You can tell exactly from the can around the tach. If it says "registers cable speed" it is 61. If it says "registers twice cable speed" it is 62.
