I recently acquired a 67 roadster and noticed that the aft edge of both doors are close enough to the rear quarter panel that the paint is chiping. I had assumed this was due to hinge wear or adjustment but closer inspection does not appear to support this assumption. I am concerned that the frame and hence body have "bent" resulting in a smaller opening for the door to swing in. I am new at the corvette restoration hobby and don't know where to look to find correct dimensions for door openings or how to check for movement in the frame or body. Can someone offer a little advice to a novice???
