Another Traco Question

Does anyone know names and contacts of former Traco owners or employees? I saw the recent thread, and hope there is more information available.

The first owner of my 66 425hp car had the engine replaced with a Traco built 454 in 1972. Traco sold the 427 to a customer for installation in restored CanAm car for show. I would like to locate that original 427 block.

By the way, the second owner (I am the third) had Traco build up a block with the correct casting number and casting date for the car. This engine was installed in 1992 and is still in the car. It runs great. A couple of years ago, the car dyno'd at 384 ft-lb and 336 hp at the rear wheels.

Jim Jones was the primary engine-builder for Jim Travers and Frank Coons, and bought the Traco business from them when they retired. Jim later sold the business to Dale Earnhardt Inc., and is now the Engine Development Manager for Reeves Callaway at Callaway Advanced Technology.
