Mike, it's funny I never looked in a manual as when I bought the car in 2001 the tag was on the sway bar and I never looked to see if any of the other aftermarket guys had the tags available. Since no one ever called me on it I just replace it every year. The only NCRS thing I do now is put the car in a Duntov display at a Regional or National, so I have not bothered to order a new judging manual. As I said in my last message just because I never lost any points on it does not mean it's correct. I am really writing this because I was remiss in telling you how nice it is to see your name back on the Board. Best wishes, Ed.

Re: Michael Hanson - Sway Bar
Ed, I just looked at my judging sheets from the Windsor National in the chassis section they mention no tag on the sway bar and took a point off. I must have missed that or I would have referenced the judging guide to the judges to see what they would have said. My chapter sheets there is no mention of the tag and no points taken off. It depends who is judging on a certain day sometimes.- Top

Re: Michael Hanson - Sway Bar
Mike,
As mentioned prior the car has gone through top/f, duntov, bloomington gold, Gold Spinner and Triple Crown without any judge calling me on the tag. Which I know from other things missed does not mean the tag is correct. I do have three chapter members with mid-years who have the tag and never lost a point. It may also be a case of a judge looking at it and thinking it must be correct. I do appreciate your input. When I had the car on display this past year at Boston there was a unreal 1965 white/white ,tanker coupe there with full power options going for his survivor award had I known about the tag I could have checked it out. Next time I see a mid-year survivor I will give it a look. Best wishes, Ed.- Top
