    C1 rear spring hanger difference

On the CF is a good discussion about lowering a 57 Corvette rear end because the repro springs make it seat to high . You reverse the hangers from the left to the right side causing the the front spring end to move up into the frame lowering the rear body. Yes it will work, but I thought I would also mention the differences of 53-55 to 56 to 62.Today people are putting basket cases to gather and should know there difference.
B is the 56 to 62- A is the 53 to 55 so if you mix the hangers to the wrong year Corvette you had a problem.

So if B was used in 53-55 the rear would be lower and if A was used in 56-62 the rear would sit higher.

Re: C1 rear spring hanger racer trick

Road racers use this difference to induce or reduce oversteer depending on the position of the hangers at the start and what you are trying to do.
