    62 horn rebuild

A little mentally challenged on taking these horns apart. There are two rivets that are inside the horn area where the sound comes out that can't be drilled, but the instructions say to file the heads off. Then take another rivet, snip off a short end of it, and use that to make it look correct. Well, how is that going to stay in place? Do you glue it on? Also, these horns you can hear the horn trying to work when power is put to them, but there sounds to be a ton of crusties in them, when you shake them. What does one do if the diaphragm is rusted out?

Dave I don't have an answer to your question. I have one for you. Do you have horn rebuild kit and if so who did you purchase it from?
