Sat morning after the new TDB is on-line:
- if a member encounters any problems setting up their initial password
- please follow the instructions on the page
- i f for some reason, the initial password setup does not complete satisfactorily - click on the Help button, fill out the form completely and one of the Help Desk Team that's been set up will respond to the request as soon as they can.
