GM #3758800 was discontinued in July, 1963. Finding NOS examples will be a challenge. However, that's the bad news. The good news is that there were several supercessive part numbers over the years which should be fully functional for your application. The last one was GM #9428914. This piece is still available for a GM list price of $3.50/each. Your local GM dealership can order you a couple.
Now, if you were to walk into that same GM dealership and tell them that you wanted a couple of GM #3758800, they'd likely tell you that the number was not even in the files and no way to get it. But, if you walk in and tell them to order you two GM #9428914, I think you'll get what you need. No muss, no fuss, no bother. The ONLY way to fly!
