Manual Window Regulator Coil Spring for 65 Vette

Does anyone know where I can locate a passenger side roll up window regulator coil spring, none of the vendors seem to have them.

Your best bet...

...is probably to purchase a used regulator assembly and remove the spring. Regulators come up on eBay occasionally and don't bring a lot of money, especially if they're rusty... or you can call some Corvette salvage yards. If you have the old broken spring, you could also take it along with you to a large parts swap meet and compare it to GM parts you find there.

The spring doesn't appear in my circa '76 parts manual, so it likely hasn't been separately available for a long time. My guess is the same spring is probably used on both doors.

I was at the Orlando show last weekend, found lots of 68 and up springs inexpensive,$5.00 but no midyears, the midyears are smaller in width than the 68's.
I will check on ebay and see what they have.
I agree with you, the same spring should fit on both doors.
