I have heard that periodically NCRS judging is performed at Carlisle, but not every year. How can one find out if and what kind of judging will be held?
On the back page of the Driveline the listings the Regional and Chapter(when submitted) are posted. There is not any meets posted at the moment but if they follow the every other year format this would be the year.
