    1967/427 Starter

My 427/400 car obviously does not have the correct starter. My reference book indicates that the correct starter for a 1967 427 should be #1107365. My starter ends with a #775 and has a date code of 5F2. I am going to replace the starter with a 365, but I was wondering what model car this was out of ? Thanks Jim Carmain

I can't find any application for it. I know that it's not Chevrolet, though. Are you sure that the part number on the starter frame is 1107775? For instance, could the 5 be a 6?
