I know there's been many threads about the temp senders, but I couldn't find one with a part #. Wondering if 1513130 is correct for a 70 smalll block.

My hunch is you WON'T find an NOS original temp sender because they were GM discontinued quite a while ago. This sender, if memory serves, had straight dowell contact post vs. earlier and later AC senders with a 'button head' post. The wiring harness used a cylindrical slip-on connector instead of the flat bakelite slide terminal. The original slip-on connectors were molded from a semi-clear plastic (lucite-like) that frequently turned color and disintegrated in the heat bath of being positioned underneath the curve in the ramshorn exhaust manifold.
If you find an original straight dowell temp sender, your next hurdle will be to find an intact factory original mating connector (I've come across five of 'em in 8-years of looking). You can get a service replacement sender from Lectric Limited these days....
I don't know if it's got correct/original 'AC' emboss on it, but it's virtually impossible to read/verify when installed on the car, especially a '70 sporting front RF shields! My hunch is Lectric can also supply a mating connector (maybe not the true/correct factory original clear cylindrical slip-on type).
But, most of these cars have the original sender and wiring connector gone 'bye bye' because GM's solution was to install a button head temp sender, clip out & discard the original mating connector and replace it with the earlier/later style connector.....- Top

The GM #1513130 is a button terminal type sender. I don't even think that it's a "direct descendent" of the original sender used for your application, but I'll check on that later.
The original pin terminal sender used for your car's temperature gauge was GM #6400759. This is a very hard part to find in NOS condition.In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

I did a little more research on this one. As it turns out, I was incorrect regarding the 1513130 sending unit being a button terminal type. It is NOT; it's a pin terminal type. This sender was originally used for 1956 Chevrolet passenger car and Corvette applications. That is the only application that I can find for it.
However, it was discontinued in March, 1967 and replaced by the GM #6400759. The 6400759 was first used for Corvettes for the 1969 model year. So, we know that the 6400759 will replace the 1513130. But, we don't know, for sure, if the 1513130 will function properly in place of the 6400759. I feel that it's VERY likely that it will, but I don't know that. Rearward compatibility does not always equal forward compatibility.In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top
