Have a question concerning the surround panel paint black-out on a 1981 Corvette. Is the piece of the surround panel that is parallel to the firewall blacked out. If I remember correctly, the area under the hood on both side over the wheels is the body color but the area under the hood near the windshield was blacked out. If this is correct, how far in is the transition between the body color and black-out?
