I just purchased a 63 SWC. I plan on making it a good reliable driver. I am looking for good sources for parts. Any suggestion who to use and who to avoid?

Most (but certainly not all) of the parts sold by the catalog vendors are made by one source, so it's a matter of price and service. Someone will gripe about almost any of the vendors as far as service goes, and then the next person will give the same vendor a thumbs up.
Most will probably agree that Al Knoch makes the best overall interior parts, but the price charged by different vendors can vary substantially. There are definately other "soft goods" manufacturers. Many of the vendors make at least some of the interior parts in house. If you buy these, ask what the source is. -

When I did my '63 I bought almost everything from Long Island Corvette Supply. They had the best prices and a catalog that was easy to read. Highly recommended. They are on the web at www.licorvette.com.Comment
