    Mid year hardtop

    Some months ago while having my 1966 conv painted I disassembled the hardtop and had it painted also. Well now it is time to assemble. It has been several months since disassembly and I failed to tag all the parts. What I need is a detailed instruction book or some type of detailed exploded view of the hardtop and its parts and perhaps some tips on assembly. I have purchased new rear window, weather stripping, headliner, clips and hardware. I have searched in just about all published books on Vette restoration and none seem to cover the hardtop. Help Please.

      The only source of information that I am aware of for hard-top assembly is the C-06 option section of the Assembly Information Manual (AIM).

          I think the 63 Corvette shop manual is about as comprehensive as it gets for the hardtop.
