Try Cocker Tires, they have lots of classics both in original ply and newer radials. I think you can reach them at www.cocker.com or www.cockertires.com, or something like that. I just bought some 4 ply redlines for my 1967, got them in about 4 days. Jim Hansen.

I bought my tires from Coker a 62 vette. Firestone with 1" whitewall, size 670-15 and the price was $105 each.

The Eagle RSA V rated radial is available in a .75" WW at least in the 225/70/15 size anyway (too large for yours I know but maybe a lead)

If you are not interested in an authentic reproduction, contact Diamond Back Classics (www.widewhitewalltires.com). They have a wide selection available.
They are in S. Carolina at 1-888-922-1642. Ask for Buddy McCracken.
I have not personally used their tires, but a concern MAY be yellowing of the whitewall due to oil migration into the sidewall. Make sure to investigate this if you decide to buy.
