    dunlop tires

Have dunlop tires on my 71. I usually like to use 'wet look' tire spray on my cars to give the tires a clean shine. Dunlop warns you not to use any chemicals on their tires as they are treated differently than others. Anyone have any positive or negative expierences using any kind of tire spray/dressing on Dunlop tires? Thanks Ed

If that's the case then a lot of people should have there tires rotting away. I've never heard of such a thing. Dress 'em up!

      Ed -

Hogwash - Dunlop's rubber isn't any different from anyone else's, or they'd have a big warning molded into the sidewall. For a different look than you're accustomed to, try the new Meguiar's Low-Gloss "Endurance" - nice natural-looking satin sheen, lasts for weeks, keeps them from turning brown.
