    Engine mount torques

I have looked high and low to find the torque values for the engine mounts on a 72 small block. I looked in the GM Service Manual and Chilton's. Unless I am blind I can't find the value for the three bolts that hold the mount to the block or the larger through bolt. Any ideas guys or am I losing it?

    Gary-----

    3/8-16 bolts to block= 25-30 lb/ft; use 30 lb/ft

    7/16-14 long bolt (through the frame bracket and mount)= 25-35 lb/ft; use 35 lb/ft

Thanks Joe. Did you get those torques from the Service Manual? I looked all over mine and could only come up with a chart labeled Engine Torques but none specifically listed for the the engine mounts.

Torque values are from the 1972 AIM. However, I think that these values will also be found in the torque charts at the rear of the Chassis Service Mnaual.

          Thanks

I checked the chart in the Service Manual but completely forgot the AIM. Does that qualify as a senior moment?
