I am putting my steering coloum back, my turn signal return did not work, and I am trying to see if someone before me had left any parts out. I have checked the reference books and all have pictures of the telescopic wheel. I do not have a spring in mine and I am trying to see if there is a spring among other parts that are not there. Thanks

the standard steering column is well described in the '64 Corvette shop manual supplement, as that is when the t/s setup changed from the '63. To completley cover working on a '65 you need the '63 manual. as well as te '64 and '65 supplements. If you don't have one, email me and I'll scan the page and send it to you. -

Take a look at Dr. Rebuilds catalog. It has a nice exploded view of your steering colunm. Worked for me.
