The JG is considered correct:
".... Cars without air conditioning use a 5-blade fan, without a date code...."
Don't know about Zip and Mid-America, but Paragon lists its # 1760 part as correct for '66-70 with the description:
"5 blade, 17.5-inch OD, 34.5 degree pitch, 3-inch bolt center"- Top

The original fan blade was a 5 blade fan of GM #3888366. This same blade assembly was used for 1966-67 Corvettes with 427. The GM #3888366 fan blade assembly was discontinued in April, 1971 and replaced for SERVICE by the 7 blade assembly used for 69-70 Corvettes with A/C, GM #3955182. That part has been the one available ever since and to this very day (for $115.33/each GM list price). In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

Joe's out of town until Thursday. Post it later if you'd like him to answer at that time.
All I see available is a 5 blade 17 inch fan and a 7 blade 17.5 inch fan for those years. Sorry, don't know the numbers/applications off hand. Is one of those what you need?

Jim------
The original fan blade assembly is not. This was the same 5 blade assembly used for 69 and earlier non-AC applications. The REPLACEMENT fan assembly, originally used for 69-70 AC applications and later the SERVICE replacement for non-AC is GM #3955182. That part is still available for a GM list of about 115 bucks. In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top
