    George --- If it's that one on eBay, the part # doesn't show up in my Corvette parts catalog, nor in N.Adams Vol 2, nor in '64-'65 AIM. Also, the original '64-65 7-blades have more angles near the tip than the fan shown. I'd give it a wide pass.

        The GM #3931002 fan blade assembly was applicable to 1968 Chevrolet passenger cars with big block and A/C. It had no Corvette applications.
