    62 Radiator seals

Trying to figure out how to properly install radiator support seals on a 1962 327/300. It appears that only bottom (3 pieces, no side seals) are used ?? What type of glue should I use?? and most importantly, is there a secret to getting my hand(s) down there without removing the hood??

Ken, when I did my 60 I found it easy if I removed the fiberglass panel on the bottom and worked up. It only takes a minute to remove. John

DON'T try to remove the lower panel!!! On a 62 it is bonded in! Skinny arms are the only answer beyond removing the hood or loosening the grille and moving it around (but it takes long skinny arms to loosen the grille) I'm not sure what GM used to adhere the seals-- but don't use what they used--it was rather ineffective. I'd use weatherstrip cement.
      Good luck--
