I HAVE A 1972 454 CORVETTE THAT I JUST REPLACED THE HEATER CORE ON. YOU HAVE TO TAKE OUT FROM THE RADIO,MOVE THE GAUAGE CLUSTER TO THE LEFT AND TAKE OUT ALL THE DUCT WORK ON PASS SIDE. THEN IT UNBOLTS BUT YOU NEED A 12" DRILL BIT TO DRILL THE RIVIT AT THE TOP OF THE HEATER BOX. IT'S ACTUALLY PRETTY EASY. YOU DONT HAVE TO TAKE THE DRIVERS SIDE APART. ERIC
