On the trim plate inside of the drivers side door
this is what I see: CHEVROLET C-15

TRIM 122

83 L PAINT
What does this mean??
I own a 1979 L-48

C-15=Oct 15th build date. 83= Dark blue metallic paint. 122= oyster color trim interior color

Now, is there any way for me to find out
the original options that came with my car??

There may still be a tank sticker on top of the gas tank. Remove the trim around the spout and pull the rubber overflow down enough to see the left side of the top of the tank with a flashlight. If it's there, you would have to drop the tank to get to it. That's the only thing on the car that lists the options that I can think of.
