let me ask this another way, i am trying to find a correct set of dated carbs for a 67,435 hp motor assy date of 0112,how far back is acceptable. thanks

As Carbs were installed at the car plant rather than at the engine build, the real question is what was the date of the car build? Perfect would be one week to a month prior to that date, a few months would not be unheard of.
