    1967 tires

Thanks to those who responded. Now that I have determined that the Repro Firestone Redline Deluxe Champions are incorrect for my 1967 Vette, I would like to replace them with a Firestone Deluxe Champion 5/8 inch whitewall. The car has a non-DOT whitewall Firestone Deluxe Champion spare that could possibly be the original. The car has very low mileage and is amazingly original. Is there a date code on these non DOT tires? Also where can I find the correct reproduction Firestone 5/8 inch whitewall? Thanks Jim Carmain #37003

Jim, you might try www.coker.com, they seem to have a lot of older tires. The guy was helpful on the phone. I also had good luck with tirerack.com or something like that. Just bought 4 Goodyears, and the price was much better at tirerack in my size/style. Good luck...
