I'm sure that this isn't very hard but how does the clock come out of my 66? I now have the instrument cluster out and the heater box. Must the radio be removed? The Service Manual says nothing about clock removal.
It is very simple to remove the clock. If the glove box is out you can reach in and slide the clamps which hold the clock in place off. Sometimes on the back of the clock is a quick nut attached to the back of the clock which will also need to be removed. I assume if the instrument cluster is out the same space works from the opposite side. You can then pull the clock out from the front. Gently because the wires will still be attached. 15 minute project.
