Hello,

I would like to know what my alternator is from/for.
the number in it is 1102380 63A

I don't have a numbers book to look this up.

This alternator is about a 1975-vintage unit. I can find no application for this alternator part number among GM cars or trucks and no record of the part number. It may be a SEVICE-only part number or it may originally have been used for a non-GM application. Many Delco-Remy alternators were used for non-GM applications.
