Is the 1966 corvette cpe drivers door glass date code readable from the inside or the outside of the car? Thanks

I just checked my '67 coupe and found the date code is readable from the inside lower front corner each side. The vent window glass is readable from the outside. I believe this is correct, you should get additional responses.
