If just one corner is affected, I would suspect something other than a material compatibility problem. Could be there is some sort of crud - maybe some petroleum residue - that is attaching the rubber. You could consider buying name brand wheel cylinders like Waggoner or Raybestos, but all wheel cylinders should have cups and seals that are not attached by glycol fluid.
Try disconnecting the brake line to the m/c and siphon a pint of denatured alcohol through the bad corner by removing the wheel cylinder and letting the alcohol drain into a container. Then put it back together and bleed a couple of quarts of fluid through the system, with emphasis on the bad corner.
