Dave, the frame is held together by countersunk machine screws which holds the bottom channel to the top frame. After removing the screws, pop the bottom channel off with a rubber hammer and then with the hammer and a block of wood you should be able to remove the frame from the glass. You wil see that the only thing that holds it in place is the rubber liner which goes around the glass and the frame has to be beat back on over it with a rubber hammer. Don't forget to replace the bottom rain seal under the glass in the bottom channel as they are almost allways destroyed getting them out of the door as they get real brittle. John
