Does anyone know where I can find the original black phosphate bolts for my aluminum intake manifiold. All I am finding is shiny silver ones. My original black ones are finally beginning to rust.

I would suggest cleaning up the old ones and doing the "home black oxide" treatment on them. The repos are likely to be different in some minor way in addition to being silver.
