What is the correct torque for the Holley 3124 mounting nuts?

Torque specs are NOT called out in AIM, nor in '65 mid-year supplement covering L78 engine.... Omnibus spec used in later year Chassis Service Manuals for generic Holley 4150 carbs is:

Initially torque all bolts to 36 in-lbs in crossing pattern. Then, final torque all bolts to 144 in-lbs, again in crossing pattern.

My '65 A.I.M. (L78, Sheet C2, latest change #10 dated 4-8-65) shows 14-18 lb-ft.
