168 inch lbs or 14 ft lbs

I am looking for the torque specs for mounting a Holley 3124 carb to the stock 396 manifold. I cannot make it out in my copy of the AIM manual. It looks like 168 inch lbs (14 ft lbs?). Is that correct?

    Chris-----

That sounds about right and 168 in/lbs is the same as 14 ft/lbs.
