Font brakes sticking

On my iroc-z the front brakes take about a second to release from when you take your foot off the brake. I have put in new front calipers,bolts,fluid. The brake pads and rotors are like new. Does it need to brake in? Should i change the brake hoses? Thanks Eric

Just guessing, but could the master cylinder need replacement? May have some buildup on the walls that is not allowing the return spring little return spring to push the piston back very fast.

You could check the hoses by bleeding off the pressure after the brakes are applied. I can tell you that it is a common thing for the hoses to be bad.
