    dip stick tube color

    I have a 1965 327/300. Does anyone know what color the dip stick tube is supposed to be? I'm also wondering what to torque my pressure plate bolts to-- I can't find it in the manual. Any help is appreciated.

      The judging guide says either unpainted natural or painted black. My late June 327/300 was and is painted black.

              The clutch cover (pressure plate) bolts are torqued to 35 lb/ft on your application.

                  The clutch cover (pressure plate) bolts are torqued to 35 lb/ft on your application.
