64 Transmission Fluid

What is the best available transmission fluid for my M-20 4 speed in my 64 Convert? My GM connections say it make a big difference.

I use and recommend Redline or Mobil 1 synthetic 90 wt gear oil.

Thanks Joe, my GM friend recommended GL-4 70-80 which would give a better feel and shift. I need to go look at what I have in it now, I think it may already be Mobile 1 90.
