It has a "C" clip similar to the vent window handle.
If it is anything like mine, it is a pain to get out.
There is a "C" clip removal tool.

        Carl,

------Very hard to use most c-clip removal tools on the door locks.Years ago I took a 90 degree pick that had the tip broken and shortened it up.With just barely a turn on the end of the pick, you can go in and grab the c-clip and pull it out.You will have to push the doorpanel back just far enough to get a glimpse of the clip so you can see where to pull from.Just be careful and you will get it and never damage the door panel.......Bill S

An angled pick works or you can make one from a heavy paper clip. Hook the loop of the clip and pull it out.
