    66 Seat Covers

I am getting ready to replace the seat covers and cushions on my 66 Roadster. The old vinyl has finally given up the ghost.

As I recall, one of the vendors usually has a show special where they will install the seatcovers for you at a show. Is my memory faulty or do any of you recall this? If so which vendor and can anyone recommend this, good or bad. I'm planning on going to Bloomington (yeah I know it's not in Bloomington this year!).

Thanks in advance for the help.

    Cheers

    Mike,

You're thinking of Al Knoch. Call him NOW to get on the list to have this done. The list usually fills up months in advance. It's worth the money to have his guys do this, even if you have to ship him your seats.

Thanks for the response. I thought it might be Al Knoch but wasn't sure. I checked their web site and didn't see anything about this show special so I've sent them an email.

In the email I've also asked them to clarify whether they will be at Bloomington Gold in St Charles IL this year. (This location hopping is getting ridiculous). Al's web site shows they'll be at Bloomington IL at the end of June. I suspect that they just haven't updated it to reflect the new weekend and location. I'll pass along what I learn for what it's worth.

        Cheers

            Mike,

Just call on Monday and ask for Al. They are a great business, but I wouldn't necessarily count on the e-mail as the primary way of communicating with them.
